1. What This Service Is

Blumetec Hub is a lead and variation management portal for Australian service professionals (contractors, architects, property managers, and more). It allows professionals to capture client enquiries, manage jobs, track variations, upload quotes, and communicate with clients via a secure client portal. The service is operated by Blumetec Hub Pty Ltd, Queensland, Australia.

2. Subscription and Pricing

Blumetec Hub is currently available free of charge during the beta period. Pricing for paid plans will be announced before billing commences. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any charges apply.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to the service until that date. No refunds are provided for partial months.

If your account is cancelled or payment fails, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may export your data at any time while your account is active.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Blumetec Hub only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

  • Send unsolicited communications to clients via the platform
  • Store data that you do not have lawful authority to hold
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform or its underlying software
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform to third parties
  • Upload malware, unlawful content, or content that violates any applicable Australian law
  • Use the platform in any way that could damage, overload, or impair its operation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Blumetec Hub Pty Ltd owns all rights in the platform, including the software, design, brand, and product name. Nothing in these terms transfers any platform intellectual property to you.

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create in Blumetec Hub — including client information, job notes, quotes, photos, and variations. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you. We will not use your data for any other purpose, including training AI models, without your explicit written consent.

You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful authority to upload client personal information into the platform.

6. Privacy and Data

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Blumetec Hub Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — Blumetec Hub, including loss of business, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that apply to services supplied to consumers.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including Supabase, Vercel, and Resend), and unforeseen events may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
